All God's Children International is a Christian non-profit organization that has been in business for 18 years. Started by a couple who themselves adopted from Russia and wanted to continue bringing orphans home to families. They provide international services as well as some domestic services for certain states. I have actually submitted a preliminary application through their website and receive info from them on a regular basis even though I have not officially started the adoption process.
